Home Health RN (PRN/1099) โ€“ Metro Atlanta

Gaddiel Home Care Services, Inc. is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team as in-home assessment specialists. As a 1099 contractor, your primary responsibility will be conducting 60โ€“90 day client assessments in the comfort of their homes throughout the Metro Atlanta area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive 60โ€“90 day in-home client assessments

  • Evaluate patient health status, needs, and care plans

  • Communicate assessment findings to the care team

  • Provide skilled nursing care as needed, including:

  • Medication management

  • Wound care

  • Catheter and tube feeding care

  • Diabetes management/insulin administration

  • Colostomy, ileostomy, and urostomy care

  • IV therapy and other skilled nursing duties

Qualifications:
  • Current and valid RN license in the state of Georgia

  • Minimum 1 year nursing experience; home care experience preferred

  • Strong assessment and clinical skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to work independently with clients in their homes

  • Reliable transportation for travel throughout Metro Atlanta
