As an LICSW, you will operate within a thriving outpatient office environment designed specifically for mental health treatment. Your primary role will involve delivering high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals encountering a variety of mental health challenges. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to ascertain clients' needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on established best practices.
• Applying diverse therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), while ensuring these approaches align with clients' preferences.
• Keeping detailed and timely clinical records in full compliance with HIPAA regulations to safeguard client confidentiality and fulfillment of legal obligations.

• Offering education and support to clients and their support networks regarding mental health issues and available community resources.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state-issued license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
