Key Responsibilities

Your primary role will involve delivering high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals encountering a variety of mental health challenges. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to ascertain clients' needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on established best practices.

  • Keeping detailed and timely clinical records in full compliance with HIPAA regulations to safeguard client confidentiality and fulfillment of legal obligations.

  • Engaging in ongoing professional development through regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continually enhance the quality of care you provide.
  • Offering education and support to clients and their support networks regarding mental health issues and available community resources.
  • Staying informed on current research and treatment methodologies in mental health and actively integrating this knowledge into your clinical practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will interact with a diverse client base, providing necessary support to individuals grappling with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid state-issued license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
  • A minimum of three years of clinical experience with a strong focus on providing psychotherapy services.
  • Extensive understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
