Such roles may include customer service, sales, marketing, or education positions that can be executed over the internet or phone. Employees are expected to maintain a professional workspace at home and use Redken's digital tools to communicate with clients or colleagues. This setup provides flexibility but also requires strong self-motivation and time management skills. Redken supports remote employees with training and resources to help them succeed in their roles.
