Crisis Center Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) 
As a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA), you will focus on de-escalation techniques, conduct intake screenings, and assisting clients with their daily needs. The position works with adults to complete crisis and risk factor assessments, provide crisis counseling services, and upholding trauma informed, culturally responsive practices. In addition, the Crisis Center QMHA will collaborate with treatment team members . The staff at our Crisis Center work as part of an interdisciplinary team focusing on crisis intervention skills to de-escalate, treat and stabilize behavioral health needs of individuals. Location Portland Oregon. 
Must currently be registered as a Peer Support Specialist in Adult Mental Health in the state of Oregon.

What we’re looking for:   
  • Certified in Oregon as a QMHA-R**
  • Knowledge and experience utilizing psychological theories

Schedules we offer:   
  • On call/PRN positions can accept shifts as needed, ranging from 0 - 29 hours a week depending on availability.
  • Currently hiring for coverage for overnight shifts from 10pm - 8am
