Technology: Power BI

Role: Technology Architect

Location: Seattle, WA (WFH for now)

Must have requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of total experience on reporting related to Enterprise Data warehousing
  • Minimum of 8 years of strong knowledge on Power BI
  • Strong Knowledge on Power BI capabilities, strong hands on experience solving business requirements, provide best fit solutions using the various capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge on reports data modelling to meet business requirements and performance expectations.
  • Strong Performance turning of Power BI reports on front end and backend layers. Strong on SQL and performance tuning in SQL.
  • Implementing security in power BI
  • Exposure to Azure Data Warehouse, Azure Synapse
  • Strong experience implementing reporting on Datawarehouse
  • Strong Data Visualization and reporting using Power BI. Mapping use cases to right visualization.

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to Retail with Finance and accounting domain will be nice to have
  • Exposure to Cognos reporting tool
