Pinpoint Psychotherapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote position. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs through interviews, questionnaires, and standardized testing measures.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique goals and assessment findings, assessing progress periodically and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventionsโ€”such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapyโ€”to effectively address various mental health issues.
  • Provide compassionate counseling and support services to clients, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and trauma.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals including doctors, social workers, and community resources to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant documentation standards.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal standards of practice while committing to ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and supervision.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve diverse populations, including couples, families, and individuals. Our clientele may present with a range of concernsโ€”from relationship dynamics and parenting challenges to mental health disorders such as anxiety and depression. Your ability to establish rapport and foster trust will be essential in guiding clients towards meaningful progress.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
  • Must possess an active LMFT licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience providing mental health counseling or therapy in a clinical setting.
  • Proficient clinical assessment and diagnostic skills; capable of recognizing and formulating interventions for diverse psychological issues.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build therapeutic relationships with clients from varied backgrounds.
  • Commitment to cultural competence and inclusive, client-centered care is essential.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth practices, knowledge of additional therapeutic modalities, or specialization in family systems therapy would enhance your candidacy. Compensation and Benefits
