Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the LMFT at Pinpoint Psychotherapy include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health needs through structured interviews and clinical assessments.
• Developing and implementing customized treatment plans that align with assessment findings and individual client goals.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other modalities, to facilitate healing and client growth.
• Providing individual and family counseling sessions, adapting approaches based on the unique circumstances and needs of clients.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation and medical records in accordance with both state regulations and ethical standards.
• Upholding the highest ethical and legal standards of practice, including ongoing professional development and licensure requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT with Pinpoint Psychotherapy, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges. Our population includes those dealing with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and behavioral problems. Your expertise will be central to transforming lives and promoting mental well-being.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from an accredited institution.
• An active LMFT license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling or therapy to clients.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills to inform effective treatment strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• A commitment to cultural competence and delivering client-centered, inclusive care.

Preferred Experience

While the above qualifications are essential, we prefer candidates who have experience working in intuitive virtual therapy environments and familiarity with telehealth practices. Additionally, experience with specific therapeutic modalities or populations (such as trauma-informed care) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
