Requirements

What We're Looking For?

  • Experience with fiber optic splicing, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of OTDR testing, bonding/grounding, and fiber documentation
  • Ability to read and follow engineering blueprints
  • Physical ability to bend, climb, lift (up to 80 lbs), and work in tight spaces
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to quality and safety
What You'll Do
  • Splice, terminate, and test fiber optic cables to deliver high-performance connectivity
  • Perform OTDR testing to verify splices, identify loss points, and ensure network integrity
  • Interpret blueprints and splice diagrams to complete projects accurately and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot and repair fiber issues to keep customers connected
  • Create and maintain as-built documentation and daily production reports
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to meet project goals
  • Engage with property owners and residents professionally while on site
