ROLE SUMMARY

The Intersect Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple Oracle Fusion implementation initiatives as part of a broader enterprise transformation program. This role will be responsible for driving project execution, managing stakeholder alignment, and ensuring successful delivery across Procurement, Supply Chain, and related business functions.

The Project Manager will serve as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external implementation partners. This individual must be highly organized, proactive, and capable of independently driving projects forward while maintaining strong governance, communication, and accountability across all workstreams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead multiple Oracle Fusion implementation projects simultaneously through all phases of the project lifecycle

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables

• Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, technology teams, and third party implementation partners

• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and produce detailed meeting minutes with actionable follow up items

• Monitor project health and proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate risks and project roadblocks

• Provide regular status updates, executive reporting, and governance documentation to leadership teams

• Ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned with business objectives and transformation goals

• Partner closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to support successful adoption and implementation

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of Project Management experience leading complex enterprise technology initiatives

• Proven experience managing Oracle Fusion implementation projects within large organizations

• Strong understanding of Procurement and Supply Chain business processes and supporting technology solutions

• Experience supporting ERP transformation initiatives, including migrations from legacy ERP platforms to Oracle Fusion Cloud

• Demonstrated success managing external System Integrators and coordinating cross functional project teams

• Strong expertise in project planning, risk management, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and governance

• Exceptional documentation skills with experience creating project artifacts, executive presentations, meeting notes, and action plans

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship building abilities across all levels of an organization

• Proven ability to operate independently, drive accountability, and maintain project momentum in fast paced environments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience leading Oracle Fusion Procurement implementations

• Experience supporting large scale enterprise transformation programs

• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential

• Experience managing multiple Oracle related workstreams simultaneously
