Physical Therapist - Home Health
MLR (MLee Recruiting) is seeking a full-time, permanent, direct-hire Physical Therapist - Home Health to join a dynamic team at a respected acute-care hospital near Conway, South Carolina!
Compensation: Competitive salary plus an additional $15,000 sign-on bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessments: Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients in their home environment to assess their physical capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation requirements.
  • Weekly Schedule: 80 hours every two weeks, Monday through Friday.
  • Customized Treatment Plans: Design and implement personalized therapy programs based on individual assessments, medical history, and recommendations from physicians.
  • Home-Based Therapy Services: Provide physical therapy directly in patients' homes, including custom exercise regimens, manual therapy, and techniques to improve mobility.
  • Patient and Family Education: Instruct patients and their families on effective exercise routines, therapeutic strategies, and lifestyle changes that support recovery and enhance functional abilities.
  • Progress Tracking and Adjustments: Continuously monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborative Care: Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and caregivers to ensure coordinated care and effective treatment for patients.
  • Emergency Management: Respond to urgent situations or medical emergencies during home visits, providing immediate care and interventions as needed.
