We are a leader in offering services and settings that inspire and support a sense of home when people experience challenging and changing circumstance related to aging and living with disabilities.

Offering skilled nursing and therapy services, Bethany Village Home Health Care makes it easier for seniors to recover at home and live independently. Caregivers can feel peace of mind knowing their loved one is being carefully and faithfully served.

This will be a Full-Time day shift position

Looking for an RN to serve Centerville, Kettering, and Beavercreek areas.

Pay is on a Point System, rates based off of base rate (experience gauged) plus mileage reimbursement Base: $33/ hour- 41/ hour.

Position Summary:

Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care for a caseload of clients from admission to discharge. Coordinates and supervises the nursing care delivered by the home health aides working under the Administrator of Health at Home’s supervision. Assumes Case Management Responsibilities as assigned.

Job duties:

  • Coordinates processes to support client’s medication administration based on individual need.
  • Assesses for significant changes in a client’s condition and updates care plan accordingly.
  • As assigned, supervises the Home Health Aide in the home
  • Initiates and completes all necessary documentation and reporting necessary to support services and charges.
  • Communicates all order and status changes to the physician.
  • Maintains a safe environment for clients and employees while exhibiting a positive attitude towards all customers.
  • Initiates and maintains individual care plans based upon comprehensive assessment.
  • Attends in services, training, staff meetings, care plan conferences, and seminars as scheduled.
  • Responsible for completing nursing notes according to Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and Health at Home charting guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • valid driver’s license and safe driving record
  • Registered Nurse from an accredited school of nursing with a current Ohio license.
  • One year of home health care experience preferred.
