You will guide clients through the ultimate sensory experience, turning casual dreamers into lifelong members of the Indian Motorcycle family.

The Consultation & Experience

  • The Guide: Welcome guests into our premium showroom with genuine hospitality. Discover their riding style, experience level, and bucket-list destinations to match them with the perfect machine.
  • Customization Visualizer: Work hand-in-hand with our Parts & Service team to show clients how Stage 1 exhausts, mid-rise bars, and premium leather seats can turn a stock bike into their custom masterpiece.

Pipeline & Dealership Velocity

  • Digital & Phone Mastery: Command your pipeline using Kenect, phone calls, and email. Follow up with leads with the urgency of a holeshot, ensuring no rider is left waiting.
  • The Clean Close: Navigate the sales process from initial handshake to final delivery with complete transparency. Introduce clients to financing options and ways to make their dream a reality.
  • The Delivery Celebration: Make the "keys-in-hand" moment unforgettable. Conduct thorough orientations on vehicle features, controls, and maintenance schedules so the rider rolls out with 100% confidence.

  • Boutique Appeal: Maintain a flawless, luxury-level showroom environment where the bikes shine, the apparel is curated, and the energy is contagious.
