Position Overview

As a Remote Inside Sales Associate, your main focus is implementing success and contributing to sales efforts. You will deal along with pleasant pre-qualified leads of clients who are actively looking for coverage instead of cold calling, leads prospecting or hard selling.

Your Tasks:

Your day-to-day responsibilities are,

  • Conducting virtual appointments on Zoom to assist existing policy members.
  • Presenting personalized benefit solutions through our proven sales process
  • Addressing questions about benefit programs, application processes, and available coverage to existing policy holders
  • Developing a strong understanding of our products to effectively communicate their benefits to prospects.
  • Keeping accurate documentation and follow up as needed to ensure satisfaction.
  • Promoting continuous improvement in consumer engagement processes and contributing to business growth.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively handle remote interactions with team and members
  • A positive, coachable attitude with the drive to succeed

  • Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledgeable with Zoom, Google Suite and CRM
