We are seeking Senior Manager of Warehouse & Logistic to be located at our Glendale Heights location reporting to Supply Chain Director.  As our Senior Manager of Warehouse & Logistics you will be responsible for planning and directing all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, inventory management, shipping; routing, logistics, and administrative tasks to ensure customer and company objectives are achieved across multiple facilities.  

What you will do…
•    Provide leadership and direction to the business as it relates to overall warehouse operations and inbound/outbound logistics strategy.
•    Lead and manage the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, picking, staging, inventory, and shipping products or materials.
•    Coordinate activities of the warehouse with Sales, Record Control, and Purchasing departments to ensure availability of materials.
•    Drive Customer Fill Rate through the planning, execution, and coordination of finished goods inventory to pick, stage, and fill orders for customer pickup or distribution.
•    Establish and maintain operational procedures for verification of incoming orders, outgoing shipments, and the handling and disposition of products.
•    Lead the effort for inventory accuracy, ensuring the accuracy of inventory, lot codes, warehouse locations, and shipping transactions.
•    Ensure ERP system utilization and the transactional accuracy of material flow into and out of warehouse locations.
•    Manage the Slow Moving and Obsolete Goods program to minimize inventory write-offs for finished goods, ingredients, and packaging materials.
•    Develop, manage, record, and publish KPIs associated with warehouse accuracy, capacity, slotting, route optimization, and truck utilization.
•    Maintain a safe and efficient warehouse, oversee equipment, and coordinate maintenance and replacement of equipment as needed.

What you will bring…
•    BA/BS degree in Warehouse/Distribution Operations or related major
•    5+ years in a leadership capacity in a warehouse environment.
•    Knowledge and experience with ERP / MRP systems.  IFS experience a plus. 
•    Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. 
•    Experience in a food manufacturing environment (required)

Target Base Salary: $125,000 - $145,000 annually, plus eligibility for a 15 % annual performance bonus.
