Job Description

The Mental Health Counselor / Therapist of Family First Preservation & Reunification Services (FFPRS) will provide comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessment, treatment planning, and clinical services in accordance with FFPRS programming, agency standards and Family First approved evidence-based practices.

Requirements of In Home Mental Health Therapist

-Masters Degree in Social Work (or other related field)

-Valid Driver's License and Car Insurance

Responsibilities of In Home Mental Health Therapist

-Ensure compliance with contract guidelines

-Completing face-to-face intake

-Provide screening and assessment services

-Identifying treatment needs

-Provide ongoing treatment services to clients

-Formulate treatment recommendations

-Develop a comprehensive assessment-driven treatment plan
