Compensation: 56% Commission Split of an average hourly rate of $195 per hour; paid bi-weekly less applicable withholdings and deductions)

Employment Type: W-2 Employee, Part-Time (with opportunities to increase to Full-Time)

Schedule: Flexible; hours vary based on caseload development

Southeast Psych Nashville is an innovative psychology practice with over 15 clinicians providing therapeutic and assessment services for children through adults. We are seeking a collaborative, compassionate BCBA to join our team. Role Summary

Southeast Psych is seeking a motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct, evidence-based services across home, school, and community settings, including conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and supporting skill development. This role collaborates with families and multidisciplinary providers, maintains accurate documentation, and ensures high-quality, compliant care.


The BCBA will also support the growth of Southeast Psych's ABA service line by building referral relationships, assisting with outreach and program development, and collaborating with leadership to establish scalable services and workflows.


Behavior Analyst Responsibilities

  • Provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in home, school, and community settings
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and adjust behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
  • Provide parent and caregiver training, education, and consultation
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers within Southeast Psych to support coordinated care
  • Contribute to the development and expansion of Southeast Psych's ABA service line
  • Build and maintain referral relationships within the community
  • Collaborate with Southeast Psych leadership on marketing and outreach efforts to drive program awareness
  • Collaborate with Southeast Psych leadership to establish workflows and service procedures
  • Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and organizational standards

Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted licensure as a Behavior Analyst in Tennessee and Board Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related human services field
  • Successful completion of internship and/or formal training in the analysis of behavior and instructional strategies training related to working with clients who have pervasive developmental disorders and related disorders, their parents, and other agencies working with client.
  • Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing Behavioral Intervention Plans and skill acquisition programs (including DTT and naturalistic ABA approaches) for individuals with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors across the age groups.
  • Ability to work with a variety of clients in regard to age, functionality, and with minimal direction.
  • Participation in ongoing in-house training and required professional development.
  • Bringing an existing patient caseload preferred.
