At Mantis Massage, we provide specialized deep tissue massage therapy to help clients battling injuries and chronic pain find relief and optimize their health. If you're passionate about corrective massage in a clinical setting, we want you!

Who We Are:

Mantis Massage is a locally owned clinic focused on effective deep tissue massage for performance, recovery, and pain management. We address the root causes of tension with personalized sessions tailored to each client's needs.

What We’re Looking For:

We're seeking a curious therapist eager to solve pain and tension issues. If you excel at identifying musculoskeletal concerns, you’ll guide clients on their healing journey.

Your Role:

  • Build strong client relationships with effective communication and therapy.
  • Arrive on time with a prepared treatment room.
  • Maintain licensing requirements and a positive team attitude.

Essential Duties:

  • Conduct thorough client intakes to understand their needs.
  • Tailor each session accordingly for optimal care.
  • Provide thoughtful post-session follow-ups with care advice.

Requirements

Join our Mantis Massage family if you have:

  • Active Texas Massage License
  • Strong time management and preparedness for sessions
  • Ability to perform deep tissue therapy
  • Understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and pain patterns
  • Curiosity in addressing clients’ pain points
  • Clear communication with clients
  • Commitment to personalized care and at-home recommendations
