We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of software solutions for our fleet of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) in Guntersville, AL. Serving as a key technical leader, you will split your time between driving strategic software initiatives in the office and troubleshooting complex systems hands-on on the factory floor. This role is critical for scaling our robotics operations, ensuring fleet reliability, and mentoring junior engineers.What You’ll DoAs the subject matter expert for AMR software and system integration, you will lead the architecture and implementation of scalable software for our AMR fleet, making key design decisions across navigation, perception, and control systems. You must demonstrate expert-level proficiency in C++ and Python, extensive experience with ROS (Robot Operating System), and deep expertise in designing complex software architectures.
