We're seeking a Workday Systems Analyst - Learning to join our People & Culture Digital Capabilities team and play a key role in advancing the systems and technology that support learning, development, and workforce growth across the organization.

As a valued member of our team, you'll serve as a trusted partner to People & Culture stakeholders, Leaders, Centers of Excellence, and business partners by translating workforce development needs into scalable Workday Learning solutions. You'll help ensure our digital learning ecosystem delivers an intuitive, efficient, and engaging experience for teammates across their career journey.

About This Opportunity

This role offers the opportunity to independently lead Workday Learning configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives that directly support teammate development, compliance education, leadership development, and organizational learning priorities.

You'll act as a key connector between Learning strategy and system capability, leveraging digital and AI-enabled solutions to improve learning delivery, reporting, data integrity, and the overall teammate experience. Working across People & Culture, Learning & Development, IT, and business teams, you'll lead moderately complex projects from concept through implementation while ensuring solutions are aligned with enterprise governance, security standards, and business objectives.

What You'll Do
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Learning and related learning technologies to support enterprise learning programs.
  • Partner with Learning & Development leaders and business stakeholders to design scalable solutions that support compliance training, professional development, leadership programs, and learner engagement.
  • Configure learning assignments, campaigns, curricula, certifications, learning audiences, and automated enrollments.
  • Support content management, learning governance, and learning-related business processes.
  • Design and maintain Learning dashboards, compliance reporting, certification tracking, and workforce learning analytics.
  • Evaluate and implement digital and AI-enabled capabilities that improve learning delivery, learner experience, and workforce readiness.
  • Collaborate with Learning, HR, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of learning processes across the employee lifecycle.
What You'll Bring
  • 2-4 years of Workday, HRIS, or workforce systems experience, preferably including Workday Learning.
  • Experience configuring or supporting learning management systems (LMS), learning technologies, or talent development platforms.
  • Knowledge of learning administration, compliance training, certification management, and workforce development programs.
  • Strong Workday reporting and analytics capabilities, including learner dashboards, training compliance reporting, and workforce insights.
Preferred
  • Workday Pro Certification in Learning or progress toward certification.
  • Experience supporting enterprise learning, talent management, leadership development, or compliance education programs.
  • Experience with Workday Learning configuration, learning campaigns, curricula, certifications, and learner engagement strategies.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled learning technologies and digital adoption solutions.
