Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support enterprise Data and AI initiatives, including Unified Data Platform programs, AI enablement efforts, analytics modernization, and operational transformation initiatives.
This role is responsible for driving coordination, execution, communication, and delivery across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a strong organizer and collaborator who can manage timelines, facilitate meetings, track risks and dependencies, and keep initiatives moving forward - without requiring deep technical expertise.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with project coordination or PM experience who wants exposure to high-impact enterprise transformation programs in the data and AI space.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support delivery of strategic Data & AI initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, working sessions, and leadership readouts
- Partner with business, product, operations, and technology teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables
- Track project progress and proactively identify blockers or areas requiring escalation
- Maintain project documentation including meeting notes, status reports, RAID logs, and governance materials
- Support Agile ways of working, including sprint coordination and backlog tracking where applicable
- Help drive accountability across teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Assist with communication, change management, and rollout planning for new initiatives or platform capabilities
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and team operations
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2-5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, operations, consulting, or related roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and varying levels of leadership
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet,
- Asana, Monday.com, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, Copilot
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation, operational, data, analytics, or technology-related initiatives
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
- Exposure to AI, analytics, or data-focused programs is a plus, but not required
- PMP, CAPM, Scrum, or Agile certifications are a plus
Pay Range:
Anticipated Base Salary Range $102,000.00 to $167,550.00 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget), based on a 40 hour work week (range to be scaled accordingly).
