• Perform essential medical procedures such as taking vital signs, administering injections, and conducting routine tests, while adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
• Maintain and update patient records meticulously, ensuring compliance with medical regulations and facilitating seamless communication with the healthcare team.
• Act as a friendly liaison for patients, effectively communicating treatment information and addressing concerns with empathy and clarity.
