We're seeking a licensed Home Inspector to join our growing team serving Central Florida. Our office handles the scheduling, customer service, marketing, and administrative details, allowing our inspectors to focus on what they do best—performing thorough inspections and delivering an outstanding experience for every client.

Compensation:

$40,000 - $67,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Perform residential home inspections in accordance with Florida standards and company inspection procedures
  • Inspect and evaluate major home systems, including roofing, structure, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances
  • Complete inspection reports accurately and in a timely manner using the company's reporting software
  • Communicate inspection findings clearly and professionally with clients on-site when needed
  • Perform additional inspection services such as Wind Mitigation, 4-Point Inspections, pool inspections, sewer scope inspections, and other ancillary services as trained
  • Maintain and care for inspection tools, equipment, and company property
  • Represent Full Circle Home Inspectors in a professional manner with clients, real estate agents, and homeowners at all times

Qualifications:
  • Licensed Home Inspector in Florida (required)
  • InterNACHI Certification (preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with a customer-first mindset
  • Passionate about protecting clients and educating homeowners
  • Willing to travel locally as part of your territory
  • Confident walking on roofs or climbing in attics and/or crawl spaces
  • Valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and reliable transportation
