Consolidated Planning offers guidance, tools, and industry-forward leadership so advisors can build their own practices at their own pace. The firm is an Agency of The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America and offers securities products and advisory services through Park Avenue Securities, LLC.
Role Description The Financial Representative/Advisor is a full-time, hybrid role based in Raleigh, NC, with flexibility for some work from home. This role involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, conducting comprehensive financial assessments, and developing tailored plans that address insurance, investments, retirement, and overall financial wellness. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, gathering and analyzing financial information, presenting recommendations, and implementing strategies in collaboration with internal resources.   • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust-based client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, with a commitment to ethical, client-first advice.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
