Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Remote / In-person
Position Type: Full-time
About Thrive Hive ABA:
At Thrive Hive ABA, we are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are a values-driven organization focused on creating meaningful, lasting change in the lives of the clients and families we serve.
Our team operates with integrity, clinical excellence, and a deep respect for the families who trust us. We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team and step into a key leadership role in clinical service delivery, supervision, and training.
Position Overview:
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will serve as a key clinical leader within a close-knit, values-driven ABA practice where client outcomes and quality care always come first. This is a value-focused environment built on integrity, clinical excellence, and a genuine commitment to the families we serve. In this role, you will directly drive meaningful progress in the lives of children and their families by supervising RBTs, completing assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing hands-on parent training. Your clinical expertise will be valued, supported, and seen in the progress of your clients.
We are seeking a BCBA who values connection, consistency, and doing things the right way, not just the fastest way. Youll play an active leadership role within a supportive team that prioritizes ethical, client-centered care and respects clinical judgment.
If you want to be part of a practice where values guide every decision and every client is treated with genuine care and respect, this is the right place for you.
Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:

  • Oversee RBT schedules and supervision to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and appropriate staffing coverage.
  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and ongoing reassessments to monitor client progress and guide treatment decisions.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans (ITPs) based on clinical data and client needs.
  • Provide parent and caregiver training to support generalization of ABA strategies across home and community settings.
  • Design and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for clients presenting with challenging behaviors, including crisis management and de-escalation strategies.
  • Analyze client data regularly and adjust treatment plans to ensure measurable progress toward goals.
Supervision & Leadership:

  • Provide supervision, mentorship, and ongoing feedback to RBTs to ensure treatment fidelity and professional growth.
Support staff development through training, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director and team members to ensure alignment of treatment goals and service delivery.
  • Participate in clinical team meetings to review client progress, problem-solve challenges, and improve outcomes.
Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes.
  • Support consistent service delivery through effective coordination and supervision.
  • Ensure all services align with ethical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and best practices in ABA.
Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, FBAs, BIPs, and treatment development
  • Excellent communication skills with clients, families, and team members
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in home and community-based settings as needed
Working Conditions:

  • Flexible remote work with some in-person client sessions required
  • Services provided in home and community environments as needed

Flexible work from home options available.
