Job description

This Structural Engineer role is an opportunity to contribute to projects that shape commercial and hospitality environments from early planning through final delivery. You will play an important part in supporting structural design work and partnering with multidisciplinary teams to help bring projects from vision to reality.
Responsibilities
  • Develop structural design loads and perform calculations for key building components.
  • Translate that work into accurate, code-compliant construction documents.
  • Work on commercial and hospitality projects from concept through construction.
  • Support hospitality work with brand-specific requirements and review shop drawings for conformance.
  • Collaborate with architects, internal design teams, project managers, clients, and MEP specialists.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil (with a structural emphasis).
  • 0-5 years of post-graduate structural engineering experience, including experience designing commercial building structures.
  • Working knowledge of applicable codes and structural analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Excel, and RISA.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, internal design teams, project managers, clients, and MEP specialists.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • PE or SE licensure, or a willingness to work toward licensure, is a plus.
