Genesys Developer/Architect | Oak Brook, Illinois, United States Job Summary: Genesys Developer/Architect (Remote - Oak Brook, IL) About the Role Join a transformative team as a Genesys Developer/Architect, driving the evolution of our contact center technology. You'll play a pivotal role in rebuilding and expanding our Genesys environment, integrating advanced AI and Workforce Management (WFM) capabilities. This is your opportunity to shape the future of customer engagement in a remote, collaborative setting. Responsibilities - Architect and design AI-powered contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud CX - Lead migration and expansion projects, moving from on-premise to cloud environments - Troubleshoot and resolve high-volume technical issues (approx. 300 tickets/month) - Onboard new service lines and clinics onto the Genesys platform - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and deliver technology-driven solutions - Build proof-of-concept demos and develop solution blueprints - Provide hands-on technical guidance on AI model integration and automation workflows - Develop best practices, technical documentation, and training materials - Act as a trusted advisor, navigating diverse technology challenges Required Skills and Experience - 3-5 years experience migrating from on-premise to Genesys Cloud CX or implementing Genesys Cloud CX - Proven ability to troubleshoot and support onboarding of new service lines - Experience with contact center operations and telecom providers - Some architecture experience with Genesys solutions Preferred Skills - Experience in the healthcare industry - Background in training end-users or developing training materials Benefits - Strong potential for contract extension - 100% remote role - work from anywhere - High-impact projects with career advancement opportunities - Access to leading-edge AI and cloud technologies - Collaborative and supportive team culture How to Apply Ready to make a difference?
