Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mig Welder/AWS Certified Flux Core to join our dynamic team in Columbia, SC, 29209. Responsibilities
  • Perform MIG welding and flux core welding on various materials and components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Ensure all welds meet AWS standards and project requirements.
  • Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and production goals.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving welding-related issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance welding skills.
Qualifications
  • AWS certification in MIG and flux core welding.
  • Proficient Experience in MIG welding stainless steel.
  • Proven experience as a MIG welder, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of welding techniques, tools, and safety practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
