Pillar to Post Home Inspectors - The Lacombe Team is seeking a detail-oriented and certified professional to join our team as a Certified Home Inspector. In this role, you will conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to assess their condition, identify potential issues, and provide clear and comprehensive reports for our clients. Your expertise will help homebuyers make informed decisions and ensure the safety and integrity of their investments.

Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed home inspections in the Augusta/Waterville Bangor, ME areas in a timely and professional manner.
  • Evaluate the condition of various structural and mechanical components, including roofing, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and foundations.
  • Document findings clearly and accurately in comprehensive inspection reports.
  • Communicate inspection results to clients, answering any questions and providing guidance.
  • Stay current with industry standards, building codes, and inspection methodologies.
  • Maintain all necessary certifications and licenses required for home inspection.
  • Collaborate with the team to uphold company standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Certification as a Home Inspector from a recognized program or association.
  • Proof of completion and passage of the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE)
  • Strong knowledge of residential building systems and construction.
  • Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
