Position Summary
As an Informatics Pharmacist, you will:
  • Optimize and support pharmacy informatics systems, technologies, and workflows across Salina Regional and affiliated locations
  • Enhance medication safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance through smart system use and continuous improvement
  • Support and help manage drug diversion monitoring programs and tools
  • Contribute to the integrity of the medication-use process and supply chain
  • Provide patient-centered pharmaceutical care, including dispensing and drug information, in accordance with hospital standards and pharmacy law

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience [REQUIRED]
  • Board Certification in Pharmacy Informatics (BCPIS) or related certification preferred [PREFERRED]
  • Experience in pharmacy automation, informatics, or IT applications preferred
  • Knowledge of EHRs, medication-use systems, and regulatory requirements for controlled substances a plus
  • Current Kansas Pharmacist license or eligible for licensure [HIGHLY PREFFERED]
