At Ohioans Home Healthcare, we have an excellent full time, dayshift opportunity for Licensed Practical Nurses who enjoy the freedom and independence of providing exceptional care to patients in the privacy and comfort of their homes. In addition, you will have the opportunity to earn an excellent hourly wage, as well as work the number of hours you prefer.
Under the supervision of an RN and covering the Toledo area, you will assess, plan and implement patient care; educate patients and family on disease processes, procedures and medications; and address various patient needs, including wound care, trachs, G/J tubes, Foley caths and medication administration.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
  • Current LPN state licensure
  • Three years of nursing experience
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to travel for in-home patient visits
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Exceptional time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Home healthcare experience preferred
  • This is a 12-hour panama schedule with rotating weekends
