About the Role:
GrandCHB INC. is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Customs Trade Compliance Analyst to join our team in Alhambra, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth, compliant international trade operations for a dynamic organization. Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations and international trade laws
  • Classify goods using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and manage import/export documentation
  • Conduct internal trade compliance audits and identify areas for process improvement
  • Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to facilitate clearance
  • Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies and procedures accordingly
  • Prepare and review entry filings, commercial invoices, and other trade documents for accuracy
  • Support denied party screening and export control compliance activities
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in customs compliance, trade operations, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of CBP regulations, HTS classification, and import/export procedures
