What You'll Do- Respond to client inquiries and provide regular order updates
- Accurately enter client requests and verify order details
- Confirm facility locations and ensure all documentation is complete
- Monitor open orders to keep turnaround times on track
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all information is logged properly
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
