Purpose / Summary:



Build the RelyOn Global Electrical Services (GES) strategy and capability through acquisition, organic growth programs and client acquisition.


Key Responsibilities:


Project Management Functions

  • Project manage and monitor multi-project timelines and deliverables in accordance with global and country specific strategies.
  • Coordinate various resources assigned to projects to ensure work task alignment.
  • Manage resource allocation and report on resource capacity across the various projects.
  • Prepare and present project update briefings for the MD and other RelyOn Executives as required.


Lead Business Administration and Operational Functions

  • Coordinating initiatives with key clients and the RelyOn Commercial team, and Client Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Lead the GES Team operational activities to meet agreed targets and schedules. Training activities and electrical inspections.
  • Lead the GES Team to coordinate and undertake business activities such as risk management, contract negotiations and preparation, procurement activities, and human resource management.

Key Client and Marketing Relationships

  • Assist the MD and Commercial Team to build and maintain close relationships at multiple levels in key client organizations and strategic partners.
  • Liaise and coordinate electrical services commercial, sales and marketing initiatives with the RelyOn commercial team.
  • Assist the Regional MD with presentations and attendance at key conferences and seminars.

  • Has experience in managing a training delivery business
