As a Field Services Engineer, you’ll support clients across a locally defined territory. For this role, a person could be based in the Sioux Falls, Minneapolis or Kansas City markets

. You’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge technology while partnering with a diverse client base—all within an organization that truly backs its service technicians.

Responsibilities

The focus will be on the the Dakotas market.

You'll be responsible for day to day field service which can includeservice, troubleshooting, installations and/or preventive maintenance as you launch from home most days.

Essential Duties include:

- Perform field service, installations or PMs as required.

- Resolve customer issues and provide sales support.

- Communicate effectively with a variety of different people.

- Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times, with all actions in line with business expectations.

- Take ownership of all service cases, projects, etc., and maintain all customer records and technical documentation.

- Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Ideally someone with experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing C.N.C. machining centers and C.N.C. turning centers. With this experience we're looking for developed repair skills - focused on the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects of your craft.
