Blast Cleaning Technologies (BCT) continues to grow year over year by investing in people, processes, and technology. Weโ€™re adding a CNC expert who can program, set up, and run precision parts across lathes and millsโ€”owning quality from setup to inspection handโ€‘off.

What youโ€™ll tackle
  • Program with Mastercam and atโ€‘control (long hand); read/write G- and M-code.
  • Set up and operate CNC lathes and VMCs; run parts complete to print.
  • Design/build fixturing; mount, align, and secure tools, attachments, fixtures, and workpieces.
  • Calculate and optimize speeds/feeds and cut locations; change tools as needed.
  • Stop machines for tool changes, setup adjustments, or to remove finished parts per sequence.
  • Verify dimensions using precision metrology, templates, and fixtures to ensure conformance.
  • Perform routine and corrective maintenance, including spindle care and alignment checks.
  • Model BCTโ€™s culture and core values in daily work.

  • 4+ years of CNC lathe and mill setup/operation.
  • 2+ years programming via Mastercam or long hand.
