PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

ServiceNow (APM), Windows, Linux, Microsoft Suite, Azure, SOC, vendor management, and on-prem to cloud migration.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
  • Facilitate the Information Services Requests Process with Operational Partners.
  • Drive out and documents business requirements and desired outcomes.
  • Translate business requirements to technical system and functional requirements.
  • Tie IT related project deliverables to business outcomes.
  • Gather artifacts for Security Risk and Vendor Security Assessments, including the creation of workflow and data flow diagrams, and completing remediation for the identified risk by working with others.
  • Shepherd contracts with IS considerations through the Corporate Legal process.
  • Coordinate and manage projects to completion, according to mutually agreed upon timeline, scope and budget.
  • Communicate the status of projects both verbally and in writing to the project team and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison between operational partners and IS teams, and often facilitate and lead meetings accordingly.
  • Help establish disaster recovery plans and priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Required Bachelor's Degree In Lieu of degree, 10 years of experience Required
  • 6 years Relevant Work Experience Required
  • 10+ years in lieu of Bachelor's degree Required
