As an LMFT at Blue Ridge Hospice Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges related to mental health and emotional well-being. This may include addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in guiding clients through complex emotional landscapes, enabling them to build resilience and find peace.

• Active, unrestricted State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to provide effective therapy for both individuals and groups.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and knowledge of healthcare regulations pertaining to confidentiality and patient rights.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a flexible schedule effectively, balancing multiple priorities and responsibilities.

• Previous experience in a community health or hospice setting is advantageous.
