What is basement waterproofing?

Basement waterproofing is the process of preventing water from entering a basement or below-ground area of a home. This can involve techniques like sealing cracks in the foundation, installing sump pumps, and applying waterproof coatings to walls and floors. Proper waterproofing helps protect your home from water damage, mold growth, and structural issues. Homeowners often seek basement waterproofing to maintain a dry, healthy, and safe living environment.
