Duration: Long -Term Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking a Mid-to-Senior Automation Developer / Process Automation Analyst to drive process automation and workflow optimization within the Project & Contract Management organization. This role focuses on eliminating manual processes, improving operational efficiency, and developing scalable automation solutions that support project management and construction-related workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and implement workflow automation solutions.
  • Build automated forms, templates, and project intake workflows.
  • Develop tools that reduce manual data entry and improve process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Lead automation initiatives from concept through implementation with minimal supervision.
  • Support modernization of project initiation, tracking, and reporting processes.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in process automation, workflow development, or software development.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing automation solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of workflow automation platforms (Power Platform preferred).
  • Experience with Power BI and data integration tools.
  • Ability to independently design technical solutions from business requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in utilities, construction, engineering, or project-based organizations.
  • Understanding of project management processes and project lifecycle.
  • Proven success automating manual business processes and improving operational efficiency.
