• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video, tailoring each session to address the specific emotional and psychological needs of clients.
• Collaborate closely with a network of psychiatric providers and fellow therapists, contributing to a robust multidisciplinary approach to treatment that enhances patient outcomes.
• Utilize standardized symptom self-assessments and performance metrics to continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to meet individualized goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our user-friendly portal, which streamlines the documentation process through integrated digital tools.
• Engage in ongoing consultation and support from our dedicated Therapy Leadership Team, ensuring professional development and the highest standard of client care.

This role primarily focuses on providing mental health services to adolescents and adults exhibiting diverse emotional disorders. • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Current and active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with patients from varied backgrounds.

• Experience providing mental health care in a telehealth or remote environment.
