(PSG)-a Sunbelt Solomon company and a NETA-accredited service provider-is seeking a skilled Arc Flash Technician to join our growing team in the Tipp City or Columbus, Ohio area. What You'll Do
  • Analyze commercial and industrial electrical systems
  • Create accurate, hand-drawn one-line diagrams for engineering review
  • Open and inspect energized electrical panels using proper PPE
  • Identify and verify conductor sizes and components
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer safety personnel
  • Ensure all work aligns with NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA, and customer-specific safety standards
  • Produce clear, organized, and professional documentation and drawings

Requirements
  • 2+ years of industrial electrical experience
  • Strong knowledge of electrical safe work practices
  • Ability to read and interpret one-line and control diagrams
  • Familiarity with NEC, NFPA 70E, and OSHA Arc Flash requirements
  • Comfortable working in energized environments with proper PPE
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Strong organization, handwriting, and diagram-drawing abilities
  • High school diploma or GED
  • OSHA 10
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background, drug, and reference checks
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight travel
  • Solid computer skills (email, Microsoft Excel/Word, data entry)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree in electrical technology or equivalent military training
  • Completed electrical apprenticeship or Journeyman certification
  • OSHA 30, advanced NFPA 70E training
