We are currently seeking an energetic, relationship-oriented Assistant Retail Store Manager to join our team in Algonquin, IL.

Position Overview

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations. This role includes supervising employees, assisting customers and vendors, and executing managerial directives. You will help ensure exceptional customer service, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and uphold company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily store operations and assist the Store Manager

  • Supervise and motivate retail staff
