Job description

Performs post processing advanced imaging from MRI and CT modalities under the direction of the radiologists.
Addtional Information
Hours per Week: 36, eligible for benefits
Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, 0700-1500 (9-hour shifts). No weekends, holidays, or on call.
*Please note, this is not a remote position. This is an onsite/in-person role, which requires you to live in the state of Colorado.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Performs high quality, clinically appropriate anatomic and functional analysis and routine image reconstructions, reviews analysis with physician and provides data archiving to a specific database per department procedure.
  • Reviews 3-Dimensional imagery and applies it to cross-sectional anatomy.
  • Demonstrates ability to independently post process advanced imaging exams from both MRI and CT modalities.
  • Demonstrates competency in all aspects of RIS and PACs as it pertains to modality specific functions and use.
  • Uses critical thinking skills and appropriate resources to address non-routine requests and challenges.
  • Maintains a level of computer literacy and the ability to adapt to various medical software applications.
  • Anticipates the needs of physicians and utilize proper communication skills to facilitate efficient workflow.
  • Reviews timeliness, accuracy, availability, and security of image information.
  • Follows department policies, procedures and protocol.
  • Assists with various research projects.

Minimum Qualifications
  • EDUCATION - Graduation from an accredited ARRT program
  • EXPERIENCE - Two (2) years of advanced modality experience
  • CERTIFICATION(S) - MR certification from the ARRT or ARMRIT or CT certification from ARRT

Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Hourly Range: $36.17 to $54.26
