Position Summary
The Functional Relationship Management (FRM) team serves as the critical link between Nestlé Digital & IT and the Commercial business, helping shape how technology capabilities are prioritized, funded, and delivered across Nestlé USA. As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be a key operational partner to the Commercial FRM function, driving alignment, execution, and business outcomes across a complex portfolio. Working closely with senior leaders, you will help define priorities, manage plans, oversee financial and portfolio performance, while translating complex information into clear, actionable insights that enable disciplined decision-making and successful execution.
  • Manage the daily operations of the Commercial FRM function, ensuring priorities, initiatives, milestones, risks, and dependencies are tracked and communicated to provide leadership with clear visibility into progress and performance
  • Develop high-quality, executive-ready materials that communicate portfolio progress, priorities, and recommendations with clarity and impact
  • Own financial tracking for the Commercial portfolio, including budget management, forecasting, variance analysis, and reconciliation of actuals
  • Support the Sr. Director of FRM in driving alignment, preparing for key forums, and managing communications across stakeholders
  • Ensure leadership interactions are well-prepared, focused, and result in clear actions
  • Facilitate alignment and ensure follow-through on key actions and commitments across Commercial, Digital & IT, and other stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve how the FRM function operates by refining processes, templates, and tools that enhance efficiency, consistency, and overall impact

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience in business operations, portfolio management, strategy support, and/or a related role within a large, complex organization

Other
  • 1 + years of experience managing budgets, forecasting, and/or analyzing financial performance is preferred
  • Experience with Commercial, Sales, or Marketing functions is preferred
  • Experience in Consumer Product Goods (CPG) and/or a similarly complex industry is preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $89,630.00 to $126,980.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
