Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Engineering Intern to support our Engineering team with technical documentation, process improvement, and product-related initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to how engineering supports manufacturing in a real-world production environment.

This is not a passive internship. You will be working on projects that directly impact how our products are built, documented, and delivered.

Internship Details
  • Duration: Summer 2026
  • Schedule: Approximately 20–25 hours per week
  • Location: On-site in Youngstown, OH
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Upon successful completion internship you will be eligible for a $2,500 tuition reimbursement/educational assistance. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Review and update engineering drawings to ensure accuracy and clarity
  • Assist in preparing and refining vendor documentation for parts and components
  • Organize and maintain engineering files, prints, and technical data
  • Support development and improvement of process documentation for manufacturing
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to validate data and requirements
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation
  • Assist with engineering-related tasks tied to product updates or modifications
  • Gain exposure to how engineering designs translate into production processes on the floor
