What are Fresh Managers?

Fresh Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the fresh foods department in retail environments such as supermarkets or grocery stores. They manage the procurement, quality, display, and sales of perishable goods like fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, and bakery items. Their role includes supervising staff, ensuring food safety standards, maintaining inventory levels, and optimizing sales through attractive merchandising. Fresh Managers play a crucial role in delivering quality products to customers and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
