responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every Guest while building an engaging workplace where Team Members love coming to work.You set the standard for culture, hospitality, environmentPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThe physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.The General Manager must regularly:Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours)Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 60 poundsBend, kneel, stoop, climb, and reach overheadWork in varying temperatures, including kitchen ServiceProven leadership experience managing high-performing teamsExperience with hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance managementStrong understanding of restaurant financials including labor, food cost, and P&L managementFood Safety/ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)Proficient with restaurant technology and Microsoft OfficeAbility to travel occasionally for meetings or training
