We are a 100-bed skilled nursing facility, including 22 memory care beds, and we are looking for a strong, compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) who is ready to step into a Charge Nurse role. What You’ll Do as a Charge Nurse (RN)
  • Lead and support nursing assistants in accordance with regulations, facility policies, and best practices

  • Ensure accurate and timely charting and documentation every shift

  • Prepare and administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians

  • Provide hands-on nursing care while serving as a clinical leader for your team

  • Maintain a calm, organized, and resident focused environment

  • Demonstrate courtesy and professionalism with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers

  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized care areas

  • Show reliability through strong attendance and punctuality

  • Protect resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
