These nurses are responsible for delivering care to patients with kidney disease, particularly those undergoing dialysis treatments. As a new RN at Fresenius, you'll receive specialized training in nephrology nursing, learn to operate dialysis equipment, and provide patient education and support. The role involves working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients with chronic kidney conditions.

What are the main challenges new RNs face when starting at Fresenius, and how can they successfully transition into the dialysis care environment?
