Position Overview: Registered Nurse (RN) - Night or Evening Shift
We are actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team on night or evening shift. In this role, you'll provide exceptional nursing care in a calm, focused overnight environment-ensuring residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met with dignity and respect.
• Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver patient-centered nursing care during overnight hours
  2. Assess, monitor, and document residents' conditions and changes
  3. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and RN protocols
  4. Collaborate with on-call providers, therapists, and the care team as needed
  5. Educate residents and families on health conditions and care plans
  6. Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
  7. Foster a safe, clean, and therapeutic nighttime environment
  8. Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and direct care staff
Qualifications:
